The law of supply can also be referred to as the law of abundance.  This law tells us that everything which exists in the universe is readily available and in never-ending supply to meet the demand.   We can see the abundant supply all around us in the vast abundance of ocean, lake and river.  It is present in the widely varying species of birds, fish and animals.  We see it in the bounty of fruits, flowers, vegetables and trees.  This planet and all the resources we need to live here exist solely for us to use.  Everything in the universe has always existed, and it comes into being when the need or demand for it arises.  When we have a need, there is always a solution to be found.  When we find a limitation in one area, we explore another and find more limitless opportunity.

Certainly in our lifetimes, we may look around and often only see all that is lacking in the world at large.  We are left with the impression there is not enough wealth for all, not enough food for all and only a finite and rapidly dwindling supply of natural resources.  This view is only our current perspective at work.  The law of supply negates that understanding and offers us the opportunity to form a new picture in our minds.  Take oil for example.  It was always there in the earth, but we did not realize its potential until we wanted to build cars and fill them with gasoline.  As we realize that particular resource may be limited, we seek to find new strategies to fulfill the need.  We will always succeed because necessity is the mother of invention, and demand is the gateway to abundance.  There is no finite supply.  There is always enough and more will be provided if required.  Any parent who has complete and total love for their child wonders how they will ever be able to love another child as much as they love the first.  When the second and third child arrive, they happily find that the love simply grows and multiplies to encompass all of their children no matter how many are born.  

This law exists at all levels.  Scientists have even proven that the universe is regularly expanding.  There cannot be a lack of anything when such a vast cosmos exists around us and is continually reaching further and further.  There is abundance everywhere.  We need only find it for ourselves.  If the universe was born of thought and everything we become starts with our thoughts and behaviors, there can be no lack if we choose to seek abundance.
