This pasta salad is incredible.  The corn is crunchy and outrageously delicious, and the fresh basil lends a fresh, clean taste.  The tomatoes and vinegar add a tangy kick, and the end result with the pasta and cheese is irresistible.


For this salad you'll need:
Pasta (ditalini works great)
Fresh mozzarella
Fresh tomatoes
Fresh basil
Fresh corn on the cob
Olive Oil
Vinegar

 
 
 
1. Begin by stacking the basil leaves 



2. Roll them tightly like a cigar


3. Slice lengthwise and across to make ribbons
 
 










4. Slice the tomatoes across



5. Stack the slices on top of each other



6. Dice the tomato slices












7. Cut the corn off the cob


8. Corn is terrific fresh off the cob-
no cooking!



9. Chill mozzarella for easier cutting












10. Cut into bite-sized cubes


11. Cook the pasta until it is al dente and allow to cool


12. Drizzle the pasta with olive oil to coat
 
Once all of the ingredients are well incorporated, allow to sit for a few minutes, admire your beautiful creation and then enjoy!  Delish!
