Leftover Turkey Pasta Back to Recipes
By LifeAdviceSite.com
After Thanksgiving there's always a lot of turkey meat left over. One afternoon while trying to throw together a quick and tasty meal, this dish was born out of a few simple ingredients. The turkey provides lean protein, the spinach brings vitamin A, protein and calcium. It's quick to prepare, and it tastes great!
For this dish, you'll need:
Several ounces of turkey meat
1/4 cup of minced spinach
1-2 cloves of garlic
Enough whole grain pasta to satisfy
Salt and Pepper to taste
1. Set the water on high and salt. Drop in your pasta and allow to begin cooking.

2. Add shredded turkey pieces right away to allow the meat to become tender.
3. Add the spinach after a few minutes. Shred garlic cloves and salt and pepper.
4. Allow to cook until the pasta has softened, and the water evaporates. Enjoy!
