On a business trip to Overland Park Kansas, I was treated toPlenty of curb appeal, with ample parking! the distinct pleasure of dining at a local restaurant called Cinzetti's. The moment you walk in, it truly is love at first sight. Imagine a rustic table inside a Tuscan villa that is located only steps away from the lush and expansive marketplace. This is Cinzetti's.

A buffet that is designed to resemble an Italian marketplace, at Cinzetti's, you wander through a stone piazza past 14 specialty cooking stations which feature more than 80 fresh Italian dishes prepared right in front of you by professional chefs.

So many choices, plenty of time! This is no ordinary buffet, and this is no ordinary Italian restaurant. This is a feast for the senses - the surroundings, the sound of your footsteps against the cobblestones, the lighting, the sizzle and the scent of the food...it's almost magical. Everything at Cinzetti's is delicious. Their food hasn't been sitting out under warming lights all evening long. The food is prepared fresh, eaten quickly, and replaced with a fresh batch just as good at the previous one. From the salad, soup, lasagna and pizza, to the Cauliflower Olive Pomodoro, Garlic Mashed Potatoes with Chianti Peppercorn Gravy, or the arancini and Sausage with bell Peppers and Onion - every bite is better than the last.

Drinks flow freely to help wash it all down, and the dessert Something for everybody, but this ones for you!station is chock full of proper compliments to an Italian buffet, which includes canoli, ice cream, cakes and fresh fruit. My only regret is that I can't get to a Cinzetti's more often to indulge. Oh, and my other regret is that I don't have a bigger stomach to indulge more thoroughly when I am there.

If you go, choose carefully and try not to eat your stomach into exhaustion. Go early enough so that you can plan a long walk afterward in case you do overindulge.
